Profile

Justin has always been passionate about opening doors for people. As an educator, he made his primary focus to connect and guide tomorrow’s leaders to opportunities and ideas previously unforeseen. He believes a similar skillset is what makes an effective career and client advocate: the ability to empathize, listen and develop solutions.  He considers his greatest strength his ability to establish and maintain genuine lifelong relationships. There’s no greater reward than being able to positively impact others lives.

His passion, humility and dedication to his craft is what separates him from others in the industry. He truly believes the role of an executive recruiter is to understand each client and candidate’s unique motivations, interests and vision. If we were all the same, we wouldn’t need someone to help us understand ourselves! 

Justin holds a Professional Recruiter Certification. A Master’s Degree in Science from Southwest Baptist University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University. He is a staunch believer in continuing education and being an open-minded lifelong learner. He has more in common with Gen Z than most people think. He has extensive experience in public speaking, voiceover work and production and Website writing for a variety of news outlets.

He is a native Chicagoan living with his wife Amanda and two rambunctious and creative children, Andrew and Alexander in Suburban Houston.
